Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be returned with the COMPLETE pack, in its original condition, with no stick missing and the packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened, used or incomplete packs.

To start a return, email help@trynakara.com with your order number and we will send the return instructions and address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
